If you have more than 1 domain in your G Suite tenant, then these additional domains need to be added to the Black Pearl Mail application to prevent mail from getting blocked. This process will walk you through the steps to confirm any additional domains in your G Suite tenant. A screenshot of these can then be sent the Black Pearl Mail team for review.

There are 2 steps required:
STEP 1 – Login and go to your G Suite Domain Settings
1) Go to your Gmail Administrator console: http://admin.google.com/
2) Click on the Domains icon.
3) Click on Manage Domains.
STEP 2 – Send a List of the Domains to the Black Pearl Mail Team
1) Take a screenshot of the current screen and save it.
2) Add the screenshot as an attachment to a new email and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
