Can I add my own custom embedded HTML to create my email signature template in Black Pearl Mail?

Black Pearl Mail's template builder platform allows you to upload static images and gif images directly via the builder, as well allowing custom brand color setup via hex codes and a variety of icon sets to choose from for social media.

We do not allow custom HTML uploads for signature designs currently - this is due to updates to Microsoft and google workspace security monitoring as of Jan 2023. They have made their systems stricter in terms of filtering emails into spam if the text-to-HTML ratios have high discrepancies. Black Pearl signatures allow multiple images to be loaded, each hyperlinked, as well as hyperlinked social icons, and custom brand colors and setup, meaning the HTML for the base of the signature is already pretty complex compared to a standard base signature. If a custom HTML format is needed, customers are able to submit this to our teams to review and create where possible on our side so we can simplify and minimize HTML complexity.
