Groups Tab Overview

Groups Tab Overview

  1. The Groups Tab is where you can associate specific users or groups of users to a Template.
  1. The Default group is the first group that is created when you sign up for Black Pearl Mail.  This group allows you to choose the default template and reply template for the entire organization. Once a user profile has been created that user will automatically be part of the "Default Group". Unless added to a custom group, all users added to the system will use these settings.

  1. Once a user is assigned to a custom group, that group's setting will overwrite the "Default Group" settings. A user can however be added to multiple custom groups, allowing the user(s) to round-robin email signatures between multiple groups.

  1. From here you can create new groups. Groups allow you to control the template for a single or group of users. i.e sales team, etc.
