How to Create a Support Ticket

If you ever find yourself in need of assistance, getting in touch with the Black Pearl Mail support team is incredibly simple. 
  1. Once signed into the Black Pearl Mail application (https://admin.blackpearlmail.com) you will see a question mark icon located in the lower right corner of your account.


  1. Click on the question mark icon to open the help window. Once the help window is open, there will be a "TICKETS" option located on the bottom right. 




  1. The option to draft a reply and chose a topic will then be presented. 


  1. Click the "How can we help you" option to select the appropriate topic you need assistance with.

  1. After the topic has been selected, draft a detailed response with as much information as you can include.
  2. If you're submitting a ticket that is related to a technical issue, we strongly encourage screenshots or a quick video detailing the issue. 
  3. Once the support ticket has been submitted, one of our knowledgeable support specialists will be in contact to assist you within 24 hours or less.
If you are not an admin, please talk to your admin first as they might be able to assist you. If they are not able to please create a ticket by clicking the link below and filling out the same form.
