Obtain M365 Tenant Address for Onboarding

What will you need to do?

If you are using a mail filter with M365, then the Black Pearl Mail Onboarding team require your M365 tenant address in order for us to send the email back to you after branding. This document details the steps to follow to obtain your M365 tenant address and send it to the Black Pearl Mail Support team.

There are 2 steps required:


STEP 1 – Login and go to M365 Domain Settings

1) Open/go to the M365 admin console - https://portal.office.com/adminportal


2) Click on Show all...



3) Click on Settings.




4) Select Domains.



STEP 2 – Send a Screenshot of the Domains to the Black Pearl Mail Team 

1) Take a screenshot of the current screen and save it. The domain we are specifically interested in is the .onmicrosoft.com address. This is your M365 tenant address.



2) Add the screenshot as an attachment to a new email and send it to support@blackpearlmail.com.
