There are 2 steps required:
STEP 1 – Login and go to M365 Outlook Web Application
STEP 2 – Send a Copy of the Email to the Black Pearl Mail Support Team
1) Open/go to https://outlook.office.com/mail/ and login with your M365 credentials.
2) Click on the folder on the left-hand side of your screen where the email is located. Alternately, you can search for the email in the search box.
3) Click on New message. This should open up a box on the right-hand side of the screen to allow you to create a new email.
4) Click and hold your mouse curser on the sample email and drag it into the body of the new email. This will add the sample email as an attachment to the new email.
5) Confirm that the email has been attached. You should see the attachment above the body of the email.
1) Send the email to support@blackpearlmail.com.
Repeat the process for any other samples that the Customer Support team have requested.
