Obtaining Outlook Client Version Number for Windows
What will you need to do?
If you have reported an issue with Black Pearl Mail, the Customer Support team may require the version number of your sending/receiving Outlook client to investigate further. This KB article will walk you through the steps to obtain your Outlook client version number for Windows.

STEP 1 – Locate and Send the Outlook Version Number
In this section, we will locate the version of Outlook you are using and send it to the Black Pearl Mail Customer Support team.
1) Open Outlook click on File in the top right-hand corner of the application.
2) Click on Office Account from the left-hand menu.
3) Click on the About Outlook button.
4) Take a screenshot of the informational box that pops up and send it as an attachment to support@blackpearlmail.com.
