Configure your Klaviyo Integration with Pearl Diver

By integrating Pearl Diver with Klaviyo, businesses can leverage Pearl Diver's lead intelligence to automatically segment and target high-value prospects. This enables them to run highly personalized email marketing campaigns and retarget visitors based on behaviour and intent data collected on their website.

Prerequisites

Before you start configuring, make sure you have the following:
  1. A Klaviyo Account and valid login credentials
  2. Ensure at least one Pearl Diver Audience is created: Ensure you have created the audience filter for the data you would like to send through the Klaviyo integration, and this audience has the destination 'Klaviyo' selected

Step 1: Enable Klaviyo Integration

  1. Go to your Dashboard: Log in to your Pearl Diver account and navigate to the Dashboard.
  2. Under Destinations, select the Klaviyo option
  3. Click the "Enable" button: This will initiate the process to set up the integration.



  1. Click “Authorize”: A prompt will appear to authorize the integration.

Step 2. Authorize Klaviyo Integration

  1. A new window will open where you can authorize the Klaviyo integration.
⚠️ Important Notes: As this integration is new, the connection has not been published. You will see the below alert message to inform you of this. To continue the integration process, please click 'Continue'


The Pearl Diver integration asks permission to access the following scopes in Klaviyo. This is so that the integration can create a Pearl Diver list to create and update Klaviyo profiles against. The integration will never delete contacts.
  1. Accounts (accounts:read): This permission is required by Klaviyo for the authorization 
  2. Lists (lists:read lists:write): These permissions are required to create an initial list named Pearl Diver in Klaviyo
  3. Profiles (profiles:read profiles:write): These permissions are required to create and update profiles in Klaviyo



What Data Fields from Pearl Diver are default mapped with Klaviyo

Default fields will be automatically mapped in Klaviyo. Please note, all other Pearl Diver data fields will require custom mapping. which requires development assistance at this stage.  Please reach out to our support team via support@blackpearl.com for more information.

2. Select the list 'Pearl Diver'



3. View all contacts synced from the Pearl Diver application
