Once you have completed all the below steps, you will no longer be routing your emails through Black Pearl Mail.

STEP 1 – Login and go to Office 365 Mail Flow Settings

1) Open/go to the Office 365 admin console - https://portal.office.com/adminportal

2) Click on Show all...

3) Click on Exchange.

4) Select Mail flow from the left-hand side menu.

STEP 2 – Disable Black Pearl Mail Rules

In this section, we will be disabling the rules responsible for routing through Black Pearl Mail. In this section, you may see multiple rules. However, the only rules we are concerned with are Internal Bypass NEW and Black Pearl Mail NEW.

1) Click on Rules

2) Untick the box to the left of the Internal Bypass NEW rule.

3) Untick the boxes to the left of the Black Pearl Mail NEW rule.

Once you have both the Internal Bypass NEW and Black Pearl Mail NEW rules disabled, you will no longer be routing through Black Pearl Mail. You may wish to send a test email to a personal email address to ensure mail is functioning correctly.

When your issue is resolved and you are ready to route through Black Pearl Mail again, simply recheck the boxes next to Internal Bypass NEW and Black Pearl Mail NEW rules.

Once you have completed all the above steps, you will no longer be routing through Black Pearl Mail. We strongly recommend you send a test email to a personal email address to ensure mail is functioning correctly. Please inform support@blackpearlmail.com so they can suspend your Black Pearl Mail account.
