How to Assign New Email & Reply/Forward Templates

  1. First, log into the Black Pearl Mail App: Logging in
  1. Once logged in, navigate to the “Groups” icon in the top navigation bar


  1. You will now be presented with the below screen


  1. To choose the default template for new and reply emails you simply click on the drop-down list and choose a new template. The same applies to the Reply/Forward signature template. Within two minutes the changes will have propagated and your emails will be branded with the new templates.
