Insights Dashboard Overview

Login to your Black Pearl Mail Email Insights

Login to your own insights (once you have accepted your invite initially) via https://insights.blackpearlmail.com/login

Your Insights Dashboard provides you with a 30-day snapshot of activity within your email account.
Along the top, you will see a breakdown of:
  1. All emails sent in the last 30 days through the Black Pearl Mail platform.
  2. How many of these sent emails were opened by the recipients
  3. How many of these had a unique click actioned - either via a body link, or the recipient engaging with the branding items or social links on your emails
  1. Beside each metric is an 'eye' icon - Clicking this will take you to the related data set to view the raw detail. You can also access this via the toolbar on the far left.



Emails Sent.

  1. On the lower left is a summary of the total emails sent, impressions, and clicks over the 30-day period. You can hover over the charts to see the details.


Email Traffic.

  1. On the lower right is a summary of the types of emails sent (New vs Reply/Forward) and whether those emails were sent to internal emails vs external email addresses.  You can hover over these charts to see the specific number breakdown details.


Left Tool Bar.


The left toolbar allows you to dive deep into the specifics for each of the metrics displayed on your dashboard. The icon represents the below subsets of data:
  1. Dashboard Home page
  2. Clicks - The click-through data on your email
  3. Delivery - Open rates for your email
  4. Digest Builder - Your digest email is a summary email you can set to send every day or every week at a set time. This is a great tool to keep your inbox quiet or would prefer a summary of details vs the real-time notifications
  5. Notifications - this is where you set your real-time notifications. This will trigger an email notification to you when one of the outlined actions occurs, i.e if you have your Open notifications set to 'on', this setting means an email will be sent to you each time a recipient opens your email
