Notifications Overview

The Notifications page will allow you to customize what email notifications you want.

1. OPEN NOTIFICATIONS - Know when someone has opened your email. Add top recipients who are important to you. Note: if you select ALL that may generate a high volume of notifications. You can chose not to receive notifications (NONE), or receive notifications from specific recipients of your choosing (TOP RECIPIENTS), or receive notifications for all recipients (ALL).

NOTE: Instead of adding dodgy code to an email that may affect delivery or breach GDPR and other data security protocols we determine Opens by deductive logic. When an email is opened our images are pulled down from the servers, so we use the image download as the indicator an email is being opened. 

This can result in a 'false negative'. If a recipient has image blocking then the images will not be downloaded and it will appear that the email has not been opened. Therefore Opens is not a 100% accurate report - but statistically, it is 87% accurate. Said another way we give people 87% more visibility over delivery and readership than they had prior.

1. BODY LINK NOTIFICATIONS - Receive a notification when a link you include in the body of your email is clicked. Use the list below so you only receive notifications for links of importance. You can chose not to receive notifications (NONE), or receive notifications from specific recipients of your choosing (TOP RECIPIENTS), or receive notifications for all recipients (ALL).
   

1. SOCIAL CLICK NOTIFICATIONS - Choose to receive notifications when recipients click through to the social channels in your email signature. You canchoosee not to receive notifications (NONE) or receive notifications for all recipients (ALL).
   

1. BANNER CLICK NOTIFICATIONS - Find out when people are engaging with the branding images built into your templates. You can choose not to receive notifications (NONE) or receive notifications for all recipients (ALL).
