Guide to Troubleshooting Login Issues to your Pearl Diver Dashboard
The sign in link is https://app.pearldiver.io/login Once our team has authorized your access there may be a few things you need to know.
Below are 3 scenarios where logging in will loop back to the login screen.
- If your email has not been approved for access yet you won't be able to login.
- Pearl Diver users Single Sign On logins, this means that an alias email will not work.
- You may be signed in with the wrong account and Single Sign On isn't providing you with a chance to choose your account. You can check this by signing in using an incognito window. If you have this issue you may need to open Google or Microsoft and sign into your desired account here before accessing the Pearl Diver login.
