The Insights section is where you can activate and deactivate Insight email analytics for individual users in your Black Pearl account.
Log into your Black Pearl account and go to 'Insights' in the top menu
If you do not have the Insights icon in the options bar at the top of your account, please reach out to our Customer Success team via the ' ? ' icon located at the bottom right corner of any section of your Black Pearl account.
You may be on an older plan that did not include access to individual analytics. our team are happy to discuss the upgrade process with you.
On this screen you will be able to see which of your users have Insights enabled.
Activate user(s) Insights
Check the box by their names then click the green Activate button that appears to the right.
You will see this pop up after they are activated.
This will activate the user's Insights and send them an invitation via email that will provide access to their own user-specific analytic dashboard.
