Unable to remove a user's profile picture
To remove a profile picture on the People tab. There should be an "X" on the right top of the screen within the profile picture window. If the "X" does not appear, you will need to:
  1. Click Edit below the current image.
  2. Replace current image with any other image.
  3. Once the new image is loaded the "X" will appear to delete the image altogether
