Does Black Pearl Mail Work with Your CRM System

Black Pearl Mail works with a CRM if the CRM sends its email through your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace mailbox.

Black Pearl Mail can brand email sent from your CRM system, as long as the CRM routes that email through Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace first.

How the email has to travel

Your CRM sends the email out through Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace (formerly G Suite). Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace then passes it to Black Pearl Mail for branding. The CRM can't send email straight to Black Pearl Mail.

Check with your CRM provider

We recommend asking your CRM provider directly. You'll usually find contact details on their website. Ask them this:

"Can the CRM system be integrated with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace so that all outbound email from the CRM routes through our Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace mailbox?"
