We're retiring Insights, the personal email analytics service for your users, on November 30, 2026. Admin features in Black Pearl Mail aren't affected, and admins keep full access to tracking information.

📣 What's ending on November 30, 2026

From that date, these Insights features stop working for every user:

• Notifications — Users stop getting real-time email notifications. That covers Open, Body Link, Social Click, and Banner Click notifications.
• Digest emails — The daily and weekly digest summaries stop, and users can no longer configure these.
• Personal access to tracking information — Users can no longer log in to their personal Insights dashboard at https://insights.blackpearlmail.com. Their personal views of Clicks, and Delivery will be removed.

What isn't changing

Black Pearl Mail keeps tracking opens and clicks, and admins can still see all of it in the admin portal:

• Admin Dashboard — The 30-day snapshot of emails sent, opened, and clicked. See the Admin Dashboard overview.
• Delivery — Every email your users send, with its delivery and open status. See how to read Track and Trace data.
• Clicks — Search click data by sender, recipient, and date, and export it to CSV. See how to search and export clicks.
• Template report — Clicks, click-through rate, and click-to-open rate for each template. See the Template report overview.
• Everything else — Signatures, templates, branding, groups, and people all work as they do today.

What this means for your users

Tip: Admin analytics cover a rolling 30 days. If your team needs a longer history, export Track and Trace or Export Clicks to CSV every 29 days.
